About CRUX

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering a contract and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You are responsible for keeping order communications and payment credentials secure.

Product information

We aim to describe CRUX accurately. Packaging, naturally occurring caffeine content, colour and appearance may vary within lawful manufacturing tolerances. Product labels and safety directions should always be read before consumption.

CRUX contains caffeine. It is not intended for children, pregnant or lactating women, or people sensitive to caffeine. It is a food product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Prices, payments and taxes

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or another displayed payment provider. We do not store complete card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing error or an undeliverable address. Any captured amount for a seller-cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pre-orders

A pre-order reserves stock from a future production batch. Dispatch dates are estimates, not guarantees. We will communicate material delays using the email or phone number provided at checkout. If we cannot fulfil the pre-order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to serviceable addresses in India. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by courier, weather, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. Risk passes on confirmed delivery, subject to your rights for damaged, missing or incorrect goods.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. We do not charge a cancellation fee for an eligible cancellation. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or copy CRUX branding and content for commercial use. The CRUX name, artwork, copy, photographs and website materials are owned by or licensed to CRUX.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CRUX is not responsible for indirect loss, misuse of the product, failure to follow label directions, or delays outside our reasonable control.

Governing law and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please send complaints to the Grievance Officer at support@drinkcrux.co. We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
